Carolyn Housbey

I have worked within the care for 20 + years. I started out as a 16 year old volunteer and worked my up to the role of Registered Manager. Throughout my journey I have gained valuable skills and knowledge in delivering care and I have worked in several different settings. I have my NVQ level 5 and I have also been a manual handling trainer and Positive Behaviour support trainer and lead.

I came to White Windows in  February 2020 and I have thoroughly enjoyed my journey so far. I look forward to many successful years here.

We are the process of making many positive changes and the team and residents are amazing.
